Private Server Q's

I just wanted to know how to get a private server and are they tweakable. Probably wasting someones time by asking this so thanks much in advance

The private/pug servers? Just hop onto TS3 and when a pug commences they'll give you a password to join the server.

If you're talking about hosting your own private server, nothing has been released yet, so there's not much info to give out at this point.
