Offline installer?

Is there an offline installer available for Legions? Failing that, is it possible to install Legions on one computer and easily transfer the installation to another? Or some way to pack up an offline installer, or something like that.

Just copy and paste the folder that the launcher creates from the online computer to the offline and run the Legions.exe inside that folder. The launcher doesn't need to be run to play the game.
