Well, as of getting the Droid X yesterday, I decided to mess around with tethering today on one of the computers we have that's not hooked up to the internet yet, just to see what kinds of things it might be able to do. Perhaps the best torture test for a connection of this sort would be Legions, so I tried it.
I am pleased to announce that while it makes you ping skyrocket (from 30 to anywhere between 50 and 200, depending on the moment), Legions is still playable. Its not as pleasant, but it works.
