Legions.exe Crashing

Hi. I am quite new to Legions, after a friend invited me to try out the game. I have read a lot of issues in this bug category, and some looks like what I have, but still no fixes.

Let me explain what've done:
- Run as administrator
- Compatibility change (to Windows XP Service Pack 3)
- Updated .NET Framework 4.0

I am running it on a MacBook Pro 15"... more info in DxDiag...
Though, I have NOT updated DirectX. I use Boot Camp to run Windows 7. Here's my dxdiag:

When I start Legions.exe (also trough the Launcher's "Play" button) it will show up a window, that is gray and then crash with the "Legions.exe has stopped working" box explaining:

Legions.exe has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I hope you can help me with this.

You might want to try updating DirectX.
