That error message can be produced by anything, best thing to do is get your system specs up by going to the program RUN and typing in 'dxdiag', hitting the 'save to text file' button and upload to these forums.

After we see that, we may be able to recommend the best course of action for you.

That is most probably your internet.

The errors you are with legions is mostly wither your computer or some drivers not responding to it. Try maybe like clean install legions?
