There does NOT need to be 'rules' for pick ups.

Its true that we shouldn't need rules for pickups, but we're getting kinda desperate at this point. Maybe it would stop the complaints and hopefully ease the process. Doesn't hurt to try, right?

Fireblasto has been posting a bunch of scores around the forums and this thread, 10-2,10-3 etc. Surely these scores must show the team balance fails?

Some of those are scrims, and when you are facing a "normal" team vs. a mixed team who has european AND american players, the scores are a little messy.

Still, Apocalypse did perform badly in those that I posted.

Why is it people blame EVERYTHING on the team balance? What if one captain sucked at positioning his players and didn't even consider reassessing his strategy? What if there were a mix of euros and NA people? Or what if one side was easier to cap from and/or defend than another? Please take these things into consideration guys.

I don't see the point of this, especially when legions already has a small 'pro' userbase and pickups already happening often. Perhaps 'skill-ranking' servers could be in use later, but that won't happen seeing as there are no stats, few servers and a lack of players to fill them.

Yeah, talk about *dancing* fail. Captain's word is law, but not when it comes to playing frost again twice in a row.

I did captain the game before? So I let someone else have a go. We even said to the captain that we had just played Frost.

remove frost and zenith from the rotation of private servers that would solve some of the problems or just remove the ability to vote maps

True, but after having an entire thread dedicated to "don't play just frost and zenith" - it just seems *dancing* stupid. Heard the game was awful at 10 - 0 as well.

If we remove those 2 maps, I assure you players would leave this community, then more and more, then this game won't be "fun"

Actually, the captain who picked the map again won the game 10 - 0. The other captain must have been inexperienced :/

The same PuG experience isn't felt when you're playing in an unplayed map (like Moonshine).
