How to fix freezing please help

Im having problem with the freezing while playing legions i dont know wat are the cause of it
my ping are okay 100 to 200 ping playing smoothly and freeze for 5 sec and plays smoothly and froze :mad:again... can someone help me with this problem?? please help.
P.S sorry for my bad grammer/spelling...
