You don't need links anymore, neither do you have to access the console, as all servers, both public and private are listed in the game menu. You may access the private servers using passwords given to you, when you join a Pick Up.

I think he means the Ctrl + ` key combination.
Since this isn't used now with the private servers and all.

Password is generated at random and given to the players through ts3.
