Germany plans to stop using windows!

I saw a report on RT http://rt.com, that Germany plans to stop using windows, spend billions developing their own Linux for government systems, industries, and for citizens. Because of the US spying, Linux may now became much more widely used.. They said new software jobs could be created, by taking money spent on windows licensing, and putting it in to their own software development. Also more countries in the UK, could do the same, and create new high tech jobs..
