I do, a Gateway FX 6831 laptop. It's not bad, and plays a variety of games acceptably. But now that it's getting long in the tooth, I'm really missing the versatility of a desktop in terms of upgrade options.
Reliability has been good, gaming laptops in general seem to be made with higher end parts than your budget buys. I'd still recommend a warranty, in case a part does break, as you might need to special order the part if you can't find it in your local store. (And laptops can be intimidating to work inside of.)
