Downloading the Launcher

When I download the .rar is it only supposed to have Launcher.exe in it? because thats all im getting, and last time that happened it didnt work at all.

Edit: Yup still getting the LAuth has stopped working error

Yes, it'll have only 'Launcher.exe'. Opening it up will take you to the log-in screen, and then the update screen.

EDIT: I've tried running it in all available compatibility modes, i get the same result for all but one, take a look at this error maybe it helps.
