Direct X error

'GFXD3D9Devce::initD3DXFnTable - failed to locate a D3DX dll!'

I just bought a new gaming (to skip trying to write up specs, to put it shortly, I can run Crysis 2 on full resolution and when Crysis 3 comes out, I can max it as well) laptop with Win8, and I have DirectX 11 built-in.

Help? I tried both the public test and live servers, although I doubt it's a problem at that end.

Also, I re-installed DX11 just as a precaution prior to posting here. Still didn't help.
