Similar to RockeyRex's thread on contacting him for help, I'm going to post this here as well.
Please don't PM developers for help - try the public forums first.
Most of us have limited time, and all too often we see the same questions being asked in private messages on forums and on IRC. Unless your query is of a sensitive nature, please use the public forums first.
Chances are the solution you're asking for can already be found in the relevant forum, and even if it's something new - we do read the forums as well! By posting your issues in public it allows other players who know enough about the game to try and help you.
