Made it a bit bigger and greener.
The explosion works in a different way then I thought but it still looks better then the old mortar explosion, imo.
And this is a raw video and that is why you hear the music.

Save the mortarblast.png to: Live > Legions > Data > Shapes > Weapons > Mortar > Particles
