Out of curiosity, what kind of problems are there? I'll check them out and see if I can fix them. The NY server is in Buffalo, NY for those interested. That happens to be next to Canada, which would probably explain your ping below. Also, assuming you're referencing the "[NY] Dedicated Server"...
