    A Question About Custom Loadouts

In most circumstances, you could get another rocket, grenade, or a fair bit of chaining in for the amount of time it takes for the cluster's hold and release. Maybe holding briefly and using the cluster's minimum timer is the way to go, then, but that really seems to limit your opportunities...

    A Question About Custom Loadouts

A new weapon, yes. The cluster just ain't cutting it; a slow, ground-pound only weapon that hardly does any more damage than a well placed GL round...and that's if you get the timing right. There are much better ways to go about doing things. Random idea, though: increase the cluster count...

    A Question About Custom Loadouts

And the extra ammo. Actually, I don't see having 3 weapons as that much of a benefit for Raider. I mean, what combat situation really requires that you use more than 2 weapons? In my opinion, Raider has fallen too much into disuse and really needs some love. I'd love to see it have a good...

    Teamkillers

Would anyone care to explain why a votekick system has never been implemented? Is it really that hard to do? Seems like a far better solution than removing a weapon from the game and/or having to send in a steady stream of incriminating jpgs.

Tip of the Days and loading screen tips would be awesome, yeah. Seems like it wouldn't take too much effort, and every little bit helps.

Now you no longer need to worry about Legions distracting you from real life.

Just needs a pair of Teflon shoes.

I think the only way to grow the player base is to make the game more accessible. Every single one of my friends I've convinced to to try the game has quit quickly because of the brutal learning curve. I'm not suggesting that we make the game easier, but it would be great if the game offered...

    Flag Passes

I don't think making a "pro" video was their intention. Sometimes people just try to have fun playing Legions.

    The Great Mortar Debate Thread

Here are a few ideas for quelling the hate for mortars/sent, or ideas stated before I agree with: Increasing the mortar detonation time by 1 - 2 seconds Increasing the cooldown time for iOD And to remedy spamming/teamkilling: Votekick

    Sent overdrive options

I'm reading the sequel ATM. It's quite good. I'm well aware of the Sent's capabilities, and I never said that capping or chasing cannot be done with the class. I've seen it done, and done well. However, there are things not even the best Sent players can fully overcome. Gaining and...

    Sent overdrive options

I personally don't see a problem with certain maps being more favorable to a certain class or armor.

    Overdrive Idea

Interesting idea, but I think it would get in the way of players focusing on one particular role. The results would be too chaotic.

    Sent overdrive options

What do you guys think about giving Sents an additional loadout choice between its usual instant OD and the OD used for the other classes (88 speed required, sustainable)? There would be balancing considerations, of course, but it might make the class a bit more of a viable option for capping or...

    Ammo Pick Up From Kills.

If this means more things go flying around after I kill peoples, then I am for this. Also, I always seem short on rockets when I'm playing gunner.

    Tribes Ascend announced.

Of course it was intentional; It was a teaser trailer. Its purpose was to stir up anticipation, not to show us anything substantial. Releasing incrementally larger bits of information about a game over time is a very common practice. I doubt very highly that they were attempting to mislead people.

So, you mean...like Tribes? A good thing for a Tribes game to be, says I.
