What was the reasoning behind the change to the zoom? Now it's pretty darn difficult to get the original double zoom for the sniper rifle since the thing auto zooms out after like 2 seconds. the same goes for the normal zoom as well, you have to keep holding 'e' down to stop it from auto zooming...
