Why is there a password on a server named "Public" Test server..... I understand if it said "Private" Test server....seeing how a private server is not for the public while a public server is for the whole of the community.

If I switch from 1st to 3rd person while I am spawning I freeze. I can hear the sounds of people moving around and having a party but I am just not invited T_T.
