I think it's rather unfair because some people DO play in Chaser class (Chaingun and rocket launcher), even if they don't have grenades they can still cap immediately. Such as on maps like frostbyte, nivosus, zenith etc. There's a straight route down the middle and it doesn't require any grenade...

From my experience, my ping fluctuates a lot. I should be pinging 80-90 but often it jumps up to 200 for at least 5 minutes, sometimes even up to half an hour before it goes back down, but soon it goes up to 200 ping again. I have ran the PingPlotter test and the times I was getting 200 ping...
